The Terms of service or conditions, outlined below are a general guide on how I work. Terms are subject to change depending on the nature of the project and the agreements made by both parties,
Once the artwork brief and pricing has been discussed and agreed upon, we have 3 basic stages.
STAGE 1 : DEPOSIT
I may require a deposit of € 50,- (or € 100,- when it’s a large body of work) before I start working on your project. This deposit is non-negotiable and non-refundable from the moment I have started on your project. I will send an invoice for this via email or otherwise agreed with you. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, I will get started on your project as soon as possible. If there are any potential delays due to work load, you will be the first to know and as soon as possible.
STAGE 2: ROUGH SKETCH LAYOUT
I will send you a basic sketch proof for approval. If any changes are to be made to the overall look, colours or general layout, this is when to do it. When you are happy with this basic sketch stage and you have confirmed with me that you are happy for me to continue. I will then finish the artwork.
STAGE 3: FINISHED ARTWORK
When I have finished your artwork I will email a low res image for you to proof. When you have approved the final artwork I will send an invoice for the remaining money’s to be paid. Once payment has cleared, I will send you the finished art. If agreed upon a digital file, I will sent you this in the format agreed upon or arrange for the print to be done in the format and size as per agreement.
The artist retains all copyright ownership of their works. A commissioned piece of art or design may not be reproduced without written permission from the Artist
